Just the other night, around 12:38 am, my Big Bunso approached me and said, “I am hungry.”

His two older brothers and father were at Baler for a vacation so we don’t have much cooked food at home. We only had a homemade cheeseburger for dinner and nothing was left for a possible midnight snack. My son checked our pantry and saw some sausages and microwave-ready Mac and Cheese. We cooked them and had one of our fun mother and son bonding moments.

Which reminds me. Chef Curtis Stone, head judge on LIFETIME’s sizzling new show Top Chef Jr., is dishing out recipes that both parents and kids can try together. Plus they are surely healthier with less processed food, very unlike the sausages and Mac and Cheese we had.

It’s that time of the year again. My mom and three boys traveled outside the country for their needed vacation.

Last year, we all went to Hong Kong. This year, they are at Singapore and I was left here with my two little ones. I wasn’t able to process my baby’s passport thus my mom and three boys traveled without me.

Before they left the country last Saturday early morning, my mother handed to me four envelopes. They contained their travel insurance papers. Which made me ask her, “why the need?”

My boys are always excited every time they hear a motorcycle stopped by our gate. It means there is a package for Momi Berlin. My Little Man loves opening packages and even gets used to taking photos as he opens the boxes.

Which makes me think, what makes a courier reliable in order for companies and even individuals to book and consider them?

I also had the chance to book for a courier service. I’ve tried a number until I settled on the one I preferred the most. And I would recommend this courier for a start-up company and even established ones. This courier service is great for online sellers, independent contractor, and just to anybody who would want to ship an item to friends and relatives.

We’ve got a premium cutlery set from Rustan’s Supermarket. To say the set is elegant is an understatement. It is exquisite. I love it that the 3-piece Children’s Set we got is just perfect for our toddler.

There are a lot of cutlery set for toddlers, mostly with bright colors and attractive designs. Sadly, when you use them to your kiddo, you just know that you failed to look deeply at the needs of your child.

Not all utensils are created equal. Some are plastic while others are made of silicone while some from metal. Some spoons are too deep while others are too shallow they can no longer hold the food. This then prompts me to write, what to look for in a toddler spoon and fork?

MOMI INVITES| Real summer quality time at the Shang

Many would say I am old enough to love ice cream and corndogs, train rides, and even stuffed toys. A lot would agree I don’t belong to play stores and indoor playground. But I love them all! Not that I am a kid-at-heart. I simply enjoy eating ice cream and corndog, riding on trains, and playing with stuffed toys with my two little ones. I’ve got a nearly three-year-old toddler and an eight-month-old boy. I resigned from work when I was still carrying my fourth in my belly. Thus, my priority now is playing with them and letting them enjoy life to the fullest.

This summer, our favorite Shangri-la Plaza has a lot of fun activities for kids of all ages to enjoy. They are all contained in the fourth level of the East and Main Wing. Let me share with you what Shangri-la Plaza may offer to you and your younglings.

I love coming home to a clean abode. I specifically love the alluring mix of fresh peony and pink roses mixed with irresistible cherry. It makes me feel everything is just tidy and shiny.

I guess most of us would love to come home to a clean smelling house, too. It gives us that smile on our face and a sense of happiness. It makes our day brighter and even our head calmer.

MOMI INVITES| Ready To Homeschool on April 14

My mother sent me to an exclusive school because she always believes that education is the best gift you could give a child. And my mom definitely would want the best gift for her only daughter. I must say, the educational institution where I graduated middle school has truly prepared me for college. It likewise molded my deep faith in Jesus.

My husband also came from an exclusive school. He would always tell our children how his mother worked hard to send him to school. He would want our boys to study where he spent his almost 10 years discovering about Science, Math, and English. Only that the place is just too far from where we are staying. Thus, the next big thing is to look for an equally reliable school for our boys.
