My 11-year old son is suffering from colds.  As the most common use of any eucalyptus chest rub, I applied a few Euky Bearub on my son’s upper chest.  It has been a practice I learned from my mother. Funny that after applying a small amount of Euky Bearub on my temple, I tried to put it near the vent of the car’s air con unit.  After a few minutes, its cool and relaxing smell circulates inside the car. The smell can indeed lighten one’s mood and even relaxes the mind and body.  Also, it made me stay alert throughout my driving.  Call me crazy, but I even thought of dabbing a few eucalyptus rub on a piece of cotton and put it inside my boys’ shoes.  I am positive it would remove and even sanitize smelly footwear.

It’s my first time hearing that brands. Is this similar to Vick’s or does it have more benefits than it? I think this is helpful also for preventing one’s self in scratching an itchy insect bite. Does it prevent scarring as it heals a cut?
It’s similar to that brand but is in an easy squeeze tube. The smell though is more pleasing and even the texture is not greasy at all.
I never knew this Eucalyptus Chest Rub. But what I was delighted to know most about this is that it is not just limited to babies. Now this fact made me want to win on this giveaway. It gave me an idea that I can also use this whenever my husband or I nurses a headache.

I’ve heard about Euky Bear before from a dear friend who would bring it anywhere with her in order to protect her child. In the process, she also got quite so much into it so to speak that it became a habit and she never leaves the house without it. Saves her from worrying too much and prevents her kid from getting colds, makes him sleep well and better too, and helps relieve muscle pain, tummy aches and headaches. Nope. Its for 2years and up. Ok as well for breastfeeding and even pregnant moms. Smell is good, feel on your skin is super good, too.

I also love the smell of eucalyptus. I love it so much that I actually once did a science fair project on the health benefits of eucalyptus. But I never tried it for getting rid of a headache! I do get headaches right between my eyes sometimes, so that’s a good tip!
This is the first time that I hear about this brand. I just use a peppermint oil when I have to rub my daughter’s chest when she’s having difficulty breathing because of coughing or when she have stuffy nose. It’s great that this product can be used to repel bugs and insects too. It’s equally noteworthy that I can probably use it for muscle pains as well.
I love Eucalyptus smell too. I have used Eucalyptus oil for my cough, fever, body pain, heel pain etc. It really helps. This product seems quite useful. But to hear it as Car Freshener is something interesting. 🙂

This is so new to me, I never knew about Euky Bearub or maybe because it came from Australia or outside the country that’s why I have no idea. Never heard of this brand but it looks promising. I am fan of eucalyptus products because of how soothing it is. I still have one that my father gave me from Thailand. Me, Bhushavali, Meera and Stella share the love of the smell of eucalyptus. Indians , though don’t use this herb very often as medicine. Many farmers grow this plant on the sides of their farms and fields and use the trees as a source of income. Do you guys use this tree as a source of income too?
I am not very knowledgeable about growing eucalyptus in our country. But I do love its smell and the effect it brings on me.
