MOMI RECOMMENDS/ Lily’s Peanut Spread Lite

Aug 15, 2016 | Likes

More and more are becoming aware of the health value of what they consume. More than a fad, it looks like health consciousness is here to stay. And it is something this momi supports as well.

And such a thoughtful move for everyone’s favorite Lily’s peanut butter  to see this rise in health consciousness and adapts accordingly. Now, it introduces the Lily’s Peanut Spread Lite.

My little one-year-old is very happy to open momi’s swag bag and find some of Lily’s line of products.

Lily’s Peanut Spread Lite is the first locally-produced lite peanut butter in the market. Made from real peanuts and stevia extract, Lily’s Peanut Spread Lite has no added sugar or chemical ingredients included in most low-fat peanut butter alternatives in the market.  Stevia extract contains naturally occurring glycosides which give the substance a distinct sweetness despite having no sugar content.
I served my boys some banana-peanut butter cracker snacks and they loved it. The same creamy sweetness that has made Lily’s a favorite is very much there. With Lily’s Peanut Spread Lite, I could even serve some snacks and meals with peanut butter to my husband.  He has become more careful of his sweets intake these past few months, and even the health-conscious eaters like him can now enjoy Lily’s Peanut Butter’s same creamy sweetness without compromising their health.  With the new Lily’s Peanut Spread Lite, healthy does not need to be boring.
This mom commends this sweet move of Newborn Food Products, Inc., the makers of Lily’s product line. And as relayed by its President and CEO Arch. Ramon Pua, “We don’t just aim for profit, we share a heart.”  With Lily’s Peanut Spread Lite, the company engages itself to be an advocate of healthy eating which they aim to continue in their future projects.
By the way, the launch of Lily’s Peanut Spread Lite was held last August 14 at the Trinoma Activity Center.  A few event highlights –

Live cooking demonstration during the launch.  Here, guests are taught that Lily’s Peanut Spread can also be included to make drinks and shakes.

Peanut butter is a staple in our house and I am glad that there is a brand that is low fat and uses stevia extract to add a little sweetness. Perfect for those watching their diets and still have the chance to enjoy their PB&J sandwiches.

It sounds like a great peanut butter in your country! Peanut butter is my favorite spread especially when its really has a good taste.

Haha. It is one of the tastiest and creamiest peanut butter brands in our place. Ihihi. Such a household name.

  9. Mia Foo

i wonder if i can get this online (and shipped to my country)? recently i started going sugar-free in my diet and has bought a no sugar added peanut butter. haven’t tried out the taste yet, but heard of someone trying out another brand of no added sugar peanut butter and was grossed out by the taste. adding stevia is a good way of not compromising the taste while going sugar free!
