Eat a balanced diet

I have noticed that though I sometimes starve myself to death, I still do not lose weight. It is because not eating kicks the body into starvation mode, hence pushing it to conserve food and store it as fat. Not eating regularly also increases stress on the body. To attain a healthy weight, it is prudent to follow a healthy diet and at the same time, be physically active.

A 30-minute moderate intensity physical activity every day is already an ideal exercise. Regular exercise would help in improving one’s muscle strength. It will also help boost one’s endurance. As one exercises, oxygen and nutrients are delivered to the body tissues which then help the cardiovascular system to work more efficiently. A healthier heart and lungs mean more energy to do daily tasks and even more.

No smoking

Smoking was a fad when I was in college. Most of my classmates were into puffing cigarettes, especially during break time. I once tried a stick, wanting to know what pleasure a cigarette gives. I didn’t enjoy the smoke it created; thus I never attempted to try it again. As much as possible, I also avoid people puffing cigarettes.     Super need ko to moms.. Sa totoo lang kahit 30yrs old pa lang ako pero feeling ko nasa 50+ na ko heheh dahil sa dami ng gaeain ko sa bahay plus alaga pa sa tatlo kong anak. Pagdating ng gabi sobrang pagod na pagod na ko. Tas madalas masakit amg ulo ko at katawan. Pwede din ba yan sa bf moms.. Mommy berlin, Sana mag karoon ka ng give away niyan moms..
