I do not know how to drive a car. So when I told my mom I would go to the Baby Company Grand Baby Fair, she readily offered a ride.
We came on a Saturday, and as expected, there were a lot of moms and dads shopping for their little ones. I can compare the Grand Baby Fair scenario to our subdivision’s traffic situation every Monday. Cars are heading to the north and in one lane are vehicles making their way to the south.
Our Grand Baby Fair Experience
At the Baby Company Grand Baby Fair, almost all were busy pushing carts, making a few stops on stalls that interest them. Though jam-packed, everybody was just too courteous to let a pregnant mom go ahead or let a baby in a stroller pass first. After all, they marched to SM Megatrade Halls 1, 2 and 3 with almost the same goal — to provide their little cutie pies their needs and wants.
We came to the fair determined to stick to my list. I was able to buy our Y his first dining set from Little Tikes. After making a few rounds and checking on stalls for a high chair, we went back to Graco and bought what we believe suits the needs of our little munchkin. Then I saw some cute dining set — the latest offering of Graco and not yet available in any Baby Company stores nationwide — and bought two soft-tip weaning spoons and a weaning bowl.
We were on our way to the cashier when we passed by Chicco and I just can’t resist to put down its sippy cup. I told myself (or more on convinced myself) our Y needs at least two sippy cups, one for water or juice and another one for my expressed milk.
We were done with our shopping, and I invited the queen mother (how I secretly call my mom) to listen to the talk of one doctor at the trade hall’s stage. The talk was about the importance of breastfeeding which I find fascinating and a big help for first time breastfeeding moms like me. I plan to write in full detail the lessons learned from this talk in a separate post.
And so we were about to face the long line when we chance upon Lille baby booth. And I just fell in love with the Complete All Seasons Tokidoki “iconic” limited edition baby carrier. I asked the beautiful Lille baby staff if I could fit one and she not only explained to me each feature but let me try it with my son. She cannot, however, open the new Tokidoki package, as according to her, was a company policy.
I all the more fell in love with the Tokidoki iconic baby carrier when I wore my baby after the purchase. Its delightfully bright and fun color complements my child’s peaches-and-cream complexion. I am one babywearing mom, and with my new Lille Baby Tokidoki baby carrier, my little munchkin and I can go places with great ease.
Have I told you I do not know how to drive? I am just about to learn how to this February so I could bring my boys to school myself, and hopefully, save on school service expenses. So why am I saying this? Because I can say, I just had an intense driving lesson at the Baby Company Grand Baby Fair last Saturday.
Learning CPR at the Grand Baby Fair
Pushing my cart inside the crowded trade hall taught me to check around and keep an open space beside me so I could swerve when there’s an opening. This way, I could avoid bumping other’s cart or the person in front of me. Aside from paying close attention to my surroundings, the situation at the baby fair also reminded me to be Courteous, Patient, and Respectful (CPR) of others.

Motorists tend to be annoyed when others deny them space on the road. Same with the grand baby fair scenario, if you practice tailgating, undoubtedly the person in front of you will be irritated because you are just too close. Give some space, and you will gain others’ respect.
It may indeed take us long to get to the cashier because of the super long line, but still, we will get in there peacefully if we just practice patience — same way on how patient we can be when stuck in terrible traffic.
Great Deals at the Grand Baby Fair
And so, if you haven’t been to the Baby Company’s Grand Baby Fair 6, you may opt to visit today. There are over 200 brands, mostly new and haven’t been launched in the market yet, and discounts are up to 70% off. Entrance is FREE! And special privilege for MOM CARD holders awaits. They get to take home a free swag bag for every P3,500.00 purchase. And the swag bag is just full of baby product samples!
And so again, if you plan to drop by the Baby Company’s Grand Baby Fair at the Megatrade Halls 1, 2, and 3 at SM Megamall, it wouldn’t hurt if you practice a little CPR while inside the huge trade hall.
Happy shopping!
Hindi na naman ako nakapunta. I need to learn how to do CPR! It’s a must!
Baka they will have pa ulit, grander baby fair naman daw. Yes, CPR on the road is a must. Thanks for visiting. 🙂
As always, great finds at The Grand Baby Fair!
Yey! Thanks for visiting. 🙂
I like the analogy between driving and shopping at the grand baby fair. Very clever! And i love that blouse on you.☺
I so love the blouse too, Ihihi. More more more. Hahaha
And your new baby carrier looks so convenient to use. Parang i want one too haha.
Hahaha. YAN sana hihilingin Ko sa yo Kaso abuso na. Hahaha. Yes, it’s easier to use. Two buckles Lang then all set.
Great finds at the Baby Fair! So, CPR means COURTEOUS, PATIENT, AND RESPECTFUL, i’ll note this down..hehehe!
Hihihi. Yes. 🙂
Baby fairs like this makes me want to become a new mommy again 🙂 You got good buys there especially the baby carrier.
Haha, Sarap magkababy, no? Thank you for liking the baby carrier. 🙂
Just drooling on that Lille Baby tokidoki! Proud breastfeeding and babywearing mom here too!
Hello there, mommy. So happy to Meet a babywearing and breastfeeding mom kahit dito Lang. 🙂
I’ve been there in their Preview Shopping and I bought more than we need. I just can’t help to buy baby stuff especially if it was on sale. Will surely wait again for the next year Baby Fair. I found Graco feeding products too. If I still don’t have a dining set, I’ll buy them too.
Haha, sometimes even if we have the same product at home, we tend to buy pa rin but of different design or brand naman. Congrats you weren’t tempted to buy the Graco feeding products. And yes, super agree with you, we sometimes can’t help to buy baby stuff esp if on sale.
Ang cute ng CPR haha
so kumusta naman ang mother mo after wearing your little one?
Alam mo ako, I forgot to look for a car seat! Nastress ng bongga ang buntis haha
She loves it, as in. Feeling close Na silang dalawa after the shopping. Hala, si car seat. Sayang, dami pa namang big discounts.
Wala na akong baby pero nainggit naman ako sa stash mo, heehee. I miss having a baby to shop for. Mas concentrated sa isang section ng store haha. 🙂
Thank you for liking my tokidoki. Ihihi. Yes, select Lang Talaga binili Ko though I would love to buy clothes, toys, etc etc. But have budget to consider pa rin e. Ihihi.
It can get really crowded at the baby fair! It’s so worth it though.
Very worth it. Big discounts, games for both parents and children plus free talk pa.
i’m so sad i missed this. 🙁
Hoping they will stage another fair, Baka sa ibang location naman. 🙂
It’s uncanny how much we lan from daily experiences! With that said, I am so jelly. Wish there was a baby fair here too!
I heard about this but decided not to come. For sure kawawa ang credit card ko nito haha. How much is your new lillebaby? Ganda no? But I must resist! 2 SSCs are enough hehe.

Hahaha. You should have come. Siguradong matetempt Ka. Ihihi. It’s at 8999. Sinusulit Ko kahit sa house at nagwawalis Lang Ako. But If makuha ko ang diso ko talaga, I might sell the tokidoki. I want a starry night design e.
Fairs are the best! You can get the best deals and hoard stuff you need 😀
Yes, but you also need konting timpi dahil Baka those are not needs na but wants na Lang. Ihihi.
Ok yung CPR! I want to learn that too for a long time.
