This amount increases during hot weather as you produce an increasing amount of sweat. This means that water necessarily leaks straight out of your skin! It’s a good idea to always keep a bottle handy, as you can take a sip whenever you feel the need to rehydrate. You can even set the alarm or reminder on your phone that tells you to drink water every 30 minutes. This is a great way to stay on track and achieve your 2+ litre goal. If water isn’t your thing, try adding chopped fruit or fresh herbs to add a little more flavour. 

Protection Against UV

UV rays can be extremely harmful to the body in many ways. Spending too much time in the sun without using a UV blocking lotion can cause burning, aging, and even skin cancer. It is prudent then to invest in high-quality product that provides sufficient protection. Avoid going out during the hottest hours of the day (usually from midday to early afternoon), and opt for breathable white clothing that covers your skin are great tricks, too. UV rays can also cause damage to your eyes, making sunglasses a necessary accessory. Buying the right sunglasses that maintain quality UV protection doesn’t have to be difficult, though.     Yes momi berlin dapat uminom po tayo lagi ng tubig para iwas dehydrated at magpahid ng sunblock sa katawan para maiwasan ang sun burn .. salamat po sa mga useful tips momi.
