The partnerships were made official through the signing of Memorandums of Agreement. This marks the start of a joint commitment to improve access to jobs for Filipinos and address employment challenges in the country.

“We, at Jobstreet by SEEK, are very optimistic about these partnerships, as this reflects our shared vision of opening more doors and supporting Filipino job seekers from all walks of life. We’re excited to work together with these organizations and sectors, organizing more career conventions, expanding career readiness, and making job opportunities more accessible for Filipino job seekers,” said Dannah Majarocon, Jobstreet by SEEK Philippines Managing Director.

Reaching More Students Through Career Readiness Caravan

The collaboration between Jobstreet by SEEK and DepEd includes expanded efforts to roll out the Career Readiness Caravan. This initiative empowers students through workshops, career-building activities, and practical tips. It also gives insights into the job market so students can prepare for their future professions with confidence.

The program will target Senior High School students and Alternative Learning System learners. Aside from career guidance, it will support youth formation initiatives that develop values, knowledge, attitudes, and skills.

The partnership with PSAC will focus on making job opportunities more accessible through digital solutions. Jobstreet by SEEK will help digitize processes for career conventions, allowing job seekers to connect with employers more easily.

The agreement also includes job fair marketing to attract more talents and link them with the right opportunities, contributing to the country’s workforce development.

Jobstreet by SEEK is also in talks with the Technical Education and Skills Development Authority. Plans for collaboration include creating training modules, sharing labor market information, and providing access to seekPASS, the platform’s mobile app for managing job credentials.

If the partnership proceeds, Jobstreet by SEEK will take part in the Philippine National Skills Competition 2025 and the WorldSkills ASEAN Manila 2025.

Expanding Career Partnerships

Earlier this year, Jobstreet by SEEK announced a partnership with the Department of Labor and Employment and the Philippine Retailers Association. Through these collaborations, they aim to support career growth and help industries find the right talent.
