The Maya Kitchen shares quick and easy recipes to reinvent your most common leftovers at home
Leftovers are something we sometimes have even if I cook what I thought was enough for us in one eating. Often, I would tell the boys I will not prepare a new viand unless they finish everything left inside the refrigerator. I have noticed, though, that the boys would find our leftovers interesting when I make something new and unique out of them. If you are wondering what to prepare for your next dinner, get creative with last night’s leftovers and try these mouthwatering, quick and easy recipes from The Maya Kitchen!

We don’t usually have any leftovers BUT we did just cook two whole chickens thinking it would last us a while and now have no idea what to do with it all I usually have a salad each night, so I’ll have to start adding some chicken into them to help use it all up!
These are so creative! I frequently make quesadillas with leftovers- so good! 🙂

I always think leftovers are the BEST! (better than the first night!)
So many good recipes! I love using leftovers to make something new. 🙂
We’re just a family of three so we always have leftovers. I love leftover food because it means I don’t have to cook new food. But like you, sometimes I also try to experiment using our leftover foods. Thanks for the ideas.
I’m not much of a Chorizo fan and I have a seasonal craving for quesadilla, but I’d certainly wolf down that chicken salad any time!
Love the recipes. I am someone who rarely uses leftovers, except for rice. I love making fried rice in different variations. =) I love how the adobo ended up. Now, I am more inspired to make something out of those leftovers. =)
I love quesadillas! Will definitely try that adobo version when we have leftover adobo. We cook adobo at least once a week anyway.
Love the recipes. For the fried rice how did you accomplish that color?
