Last month, I felt extreme depression. I cried for hours or just slept until it was time to go to bed and sleep. So I thought of ways to help myself be sane. I cooked and baked for the boys. I watched all the Netflix movies I could think of to unwind and destress. I even shared blessings to others, believing that it would make me feel happy. But then, I still felt the big emptiness in me. Then I had a meltdown.
