TIME. FLAVOR. NUTRITION.
The core reasons that made husband and I decide to invest on Royale Prestige cookware. Royale Prestige has an extensive line of products from cookware to china, crystal, cutlery, water filters and juice extractors. All these are developed by world class designers working with leading experts in health and nutrition.
The set we got was a seven-piece five-ply classic cooking system that includes 1 1/2-quart saucepan, 8-inch skillet, 4-quart dutch oven, and 10 1/2-inch skillet. With our purchase came a free 10 1/2 inch electric skillet. All pans and pots are beautiful, durable, and easy-to-clean. It was explained to us that five-ply meant three layers of aluminum, surrounded by a 430 Series Magnetic Induction Stainless Steel layer and a T-304 Surgical Stainless Steel interior. These five plies are bonded together to create cookware that retains heat and evenly distributes it along the sides and bottom of the pan.
The cookware offers a unique and proven cooking method which we see and believe to maximize the nutritional value and flavor of the food. A perfect example was the greaseless crispy fried chicken we cooked for dinner yesterday.
Usually, crispy fried chicken should be deep fried in cooking oil. With the Royale Prestige cookware, we just seasoned the chicken with fish sauce, pepper, and salt then put it inside our skillet over medium heat. The chicken fried in its own fat – yes, no need for cooking oil – and after a few minutes came a delicious meat my kids truly enjoyed.
We also had an ovenless cheesy baked macaroni in less than 30 minutes. Since the kids love pasta so much, we always have spaghetti at the small house. Usually though, we cook the sauce and pasta separately. With our new cookware, we sauteed ground beef in onion and garlic, poured some hotdogs then added the sauce and nestle cream, added the uncooked pasta, and the grated cheese after the pasta became al dente. Indeed, cooking the baked macaroni has never been that easy and fast as 30-minute cooking.
We further learned that our Royale Prestige cookware has stainless surgical steel that helps in the elimination of cooking oil in cooking with the use of low to medium heat only. This will surely result in grand grocery and electricity or gas savings. Also, the cookware has copper inside it that helps distribute the heat across the cookware which cooks the food evenly.
The investment is quite costly for a couple expecting their fourth baby in a few months. But the ease, precision and practicality to use the cookware are what drew us to the product. Still too early to tell though but so far, we love our new cookware and the way our food comes out of it.
Happy cooking and eating everyone!
