My past few weeks were so stressful. I had a flu for a week. Worst, my one-year-old was confined to a hospital. Before that, though, we’ve been to a hospital’s emergency room twice. My son got a high fever and it never went down below 39.3-degree celsius.
How to fight stress?
Stress is not only an emotional burden. It can- in any way- affect our physical strength. Studies have shown that people with higher energy handle stress more without feeling burnt out. It is safe to assume then that energy is one of the ways to easily cope up with stress. We need to make sure that we have more energy every day in order to fight stress better!
